Instructions

 

Thank you for your purchase of the Deep Sleep Insomnia Aid program.  This program is designed to use special sounds to slow your brainwaves to a state of deep sleep over a period of one hour, and then allow your brain to cycle through natural sleep cycles from there.  Some people will require less than half an hour to fall asleep using this; others will require more time.  No guarantee is expressed or implied that this program will have the desired effects for everyone.  However, the vast majority of people will respond y falling asleep within the time frame of this program if it is used properly.

 

This program uses rhythmic pulses of sound (binaural audio), and therefore should not be used by anyone with epilepsy unless they have consulted their physician concerning its use.

 

The Deep Sleep Insomnia Aid program has been engineered to be as easy to use as possible.  All you have to do is lay down, close your eyes, and relax your body and mind as much as possible while you listen to this program through stereo headphones at a comfortable volume.  It is imperative that you use stereo headphones, or the program will not work.  Likewise, you must be able to hear the pulsing sounds, so do not turn the volume down too low to hear those.

 

In testing this program, I have found that it is a very relaxing and pleasant experience, and my other testers have reported that it is very effective for them as well.  However, as I said before, this program may not work for everyone, or in all situations.  Reasons why it might not work include:

 

l  Interruptions to your quiet surroundings or relaxation.

l  Uncomfortable surroundings (too hot, too cold, too hard, mosquitoes, etc.)

l  Caffeine or other drugs that stimulate your mind.

l  Strong fears, upsets, anger, frustrations or worries.

l  Having awakened from a full night’s rest too recently.

 

If you are experiencing any of these situations, please remove them or reduce them as much as possible and try again.  For instance:

 

  1. Use this program at a time and place where you will not be interrupted by people, sounds, movements or other circumstances that would disturb your relaxation.
  2. Make sure you are physically comfortable when and where you use the program.
  3. Make sure you have not subjected yourself to stimulants before using the program.
  4. Do your best to calm down and let go of any fears, worries, upsets, anger or frustration that you are feeling before using the program.
  5. Make sure you do not attempt to use the program within 2 hours of having awakened from a good night’s rest.

 

This program is not intended to treat or diagnose any disease, ailment or medical condition, and neither is it intended to replace or supersede appropriate medical attention where such medical attention is warranted.  Please seek appropriate medical help if your insomnia is causing you health problems, and/or this program does not help you.
