Meditation is intentional, consciously guided state shifting.
The standard definition of “meditation” is to either focus one’s mind completely on one thing or to clear it completely of all things. These, when successful, result in an altered state of awareness relative to what we usually experience.
If you are in the process of listening to DMSI it will dominate and disturb this effort, and your conscious efforts will disturb it’s state shifting also.
Using any form of state shifting at any time while doing DMSI (but not actually being in the process of listening to it) will disturb the secondary state shifting while you’re doing it, at least while you are doing the meditation.
So for example, if you successfully meditate, don’t expect to be sniping anyone or projecting while you do.
Ultimately, meditation isn’t something to worry about because:
Unless you are using DMSI while interacting with others – which you should not be – then “in the moment” state shifting won’t be affected.
And unless you are trying to meditate and affect people at the same time (which, again, you shouldn’t be) it won’t matter because you can’t do both at the same time!
So really it’s a moot point. Just don’t meditate while actually listening to DMSI and try to allow the program to settle for at least an hour after listening before you start meditating, or meditate before listening.
