Three major reasons:
First, put simply, the scripts of 5G programs and above are so long, complex and full of trade secrets that it makes publishing them impossible. It would require that Shannon spend a significant amount of his time stripping down each script, removing trade secrets and then verifying the strip-down, time which he better uses in research, development, experimentation and building new programs and technologies.
Second, some of the techniques and technologies used are so complex and/or subtle that without being directly taught how and why they are used, it would be dangerous to release that information to the public if they attempted to use it themselves, or worse yet, a competitor attempted to copy and use it without fully understanding how and why to use it the right way.
Third, since Shannon has spent the better part of the last 25 years developing his scripting techniques and technologies, he naturally isn’t interested in teaching the competition how to reproduce the results his methods and technologies achieve.
