This program is different than most of the other programs in that it uses brainwave entrainment and subliminals in one 60 minute track. This program seeks through the brainwave entrainment to increase your brain”s natural output of serotonin, which helps some forms of depression, while also using subliminals to attack the problem from a different angle. Used with headphones, the brainwave entrainment will have an effect. Used with speakers, only the subliminals will have an effect. If you suffer from epilepsy, do not use this program with headphones.

If you are depressed, you should seek professional help immediately.
